Bear with us, we're trying all the pillows for you...
This Belle Epoque beauty of a building is storied like you couldn’t believe. In its youth, this site was a hotel before going through many iterations as a bank, an office, a private home, and now, a hotel once more. Don’t expect any rooms here; rather, there are 26 suites decked out with shiny parquet flooring, lavish silk wallpapers, and glitzy chandeliers. Like most of the hotel restaurants in Geneva, they’re hot destinations, and the two at The Woodward (Le Jardinier and La Table de Joël Robuchon) are constantly busy—but because they’re so good. Regulars return often for the friendly faces of the staff, the spa (it’s run by Guerlain), and those views of the lake to the Alps.
