Now this is something special. A private island almost all to yourself, and yes, there’s a bit of a rep on inclusive hotels but Jumby Bay flips the entire narrative on its head. Minimal fuss but maximum fun, from the moment you land in Antigua, everything is taken care of you, and with a smile. It takes a quick boat ride over turquoise water to reach this tropical playground (that’s also run by the Oetker Collection) but once here, it’s long breezy villa sleeps, morning swims, snorkeling in the sea and bike rides to breakfast. It’s a place to take things slow and steady, to the rhythm of island time, but with a rum punch in hand too.
