As you would expect from the creatives behind Beaumier, the interiors at this Provençal hotel are stunning. They do laidback cool so well, with warm colour palettes, sweet furniture (wicker, handcrafted), and objet from local artisans. You’ll find it in Bonnieux, a postcard-pretty village decorated with Cypress trees, winding paths and olive groves. And it sort of goes back to the simple life – enjoying good food, drink, and company. City slickers from Paris or Marseilles come here for the pools (yes, there are two), the Michelin plates and the spa, which manages to make pampering that much easier.
